How do I customize my own quilt or pillow?

• Select one of the Quilt Styles or Pillows from the blue box on the left here. If applicable a new page will load showing available sizes.
• Select the size thats fit your needs.
  
• Another new page will load allowing you to choose the fabric colors you desire.
• In some cases a new page will appear allowing you to arrange the positioning of your images around your quilt.
• When you have chosen the settings that you like, click on the "Continue" button. The information you specified will be preloaded into the order form and you can complete your personal information.
• Finally, if it all looks correct, click on the "continue" button to signify that you are ready to confirm your order.
  

Then what happens?

• You will be taken to a secure page where you will enter your credit card information.
• You will then be redirected to a page that indicates whether or not your card has been approved. We accept only VISA and MasterCard.
• Once your payment has been confiormed an your orer received we will issue a confirming email detailing any next steps.
• You may send us your images, text, drawings, etc. to:

• If you have specific positioning ideas (Uncle Frank goes in position 1, etc.) you can attach a sticky note to the back of the photo or send a sketch outlining your preferences.
• As long as your images and payment are received within 10 working days your order will remain in the schedule. Once this time has passed however we cannot gaurantee delivery in the normal timeframe and your slot may be given to another customer.
• When we receive your packet we will send you anotehr confirmation. Our designer will then work on scanning your images and preparing your photo panels for production.
• Your photos are not harmed during this process and will be returned with your order.
  

PLEASE NOTE:

As you select colors and fabrics please note that the representations on these pages are examples and approximations and should not be considered 100% accurate protrayals of actual fabric color. We do our best but much is dependant on your browser and computer settings as well as the selection of fabric that is currently available.

Also, since Liz hand selects all fabric for each quilt it is very rare that we use the same fabric for more than one or two quilts. We do not stockpile bolts and bolts of the same fabric like assembly-line manufacturers do. Each quilt is a unique creation.

If you have specific types of fabric requests please send us an email - we will do the best that we can to find what you request.

Please be reasonable though - requests such as "cream color with leaf pattern" or "jungle theme"can often be satisfied whereas a request for "chartreuse fabric with watermelons, elves and a formula one race car!" probably will not.
